Why Work At Interaction - Interaction Disability Services

Why Work At Interaction?

Interaction Disability Services as an organisation prides itself on our values.  Our latest employee survey shows 97% of our staff individually taking pride in our values too.  This makes for a fantastic place to work!

Looking after our employees is just as important to us as the person-centred approach we have towards the people we serve.  As a way to monitor employee satisfaction, Interaction arranges (via an independent agency) bi-annual staff surveys.  We give our employees the chance to answer relevant and important questions, and provide their opinions on a wide range of topics within the organisation.

These surveys provide the opportunity for complete anonymity, and ensures Interaction is accountable for creating policies, procedures and a general working environment.  This creates a positive impact on our employees.

Do you want a healthy work/life balance within a flexible workplace?  Are you willing to contribute to improving the lives of people we serve?  Take a look at our current Positions Vacant section.  Interaction is always looking for people from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience, through to those looking for a rewarding career path.

If the specific role you are looking for is not available right now, don’t let that stop you from completing an application for employment. Our HR Department will keep on file and review when a position does come up that would be suitable to your skills and requirements.
