2015 Employee Of The Year

Helen Amos, Support and Training Program Manager at Interaction has been voted by her peers as the recipient of the Maria Fernandez Memorial Award for Employee of the Year 2015.

Helen inspires her peers. Some of the things they said about her when nominating include;

-Helen is the epitome of what staff in our industry should strive to be, everyday.
-I am so proud to have opportunities to work with Helen as she has a wealth of knowledge and passion, motivation and drive for our service users.
-Helen has a beautiful nature, a lovely smile and an amazing personality. She brightens everyone’s day and positively impacts all service users who meet.
-Helen goes above and beyond her role as a Program Manager, often volunteering her time to help others and different projects at Interaction. On top of all of this Helen was also able to complete her Bachelors in Social Science with 1st Class Honours.
