We have the perfect solution for those who enjoy the independence of living alone, but still require a certain level of support – as well as the company of housemates.

Located in Penrith, this property is made up of four self-contained villas with a communal courtyard common room shared by all participants. Villa #2 is currently available, and has one bedroom, functioning kitchen, lounge room, combined bathroom/laundry and an outdoor area.

The support provided covers 24/7 onsite care ranging from simple prompting to support with all domestic duties, medication administration, financial ledger management, appointment support to hygiene and personal care support with non-active night shift.  Residents are supported to catch nearby, conveniently located public transport as there is no company vehicle.

Participants in this program are supported and encouraged to capacity build, with support staff working to help promote independence and autonomy in all possible areas.

Ideally suited to a male aged between 25-35 years of age, you will need to have an existing SIL package, as well as SDA in your NDIS package to be eligible.
