Celebrating Christmas came early at  Emma, Beth and Lyn’s house this year. They sang with glee and invited all of their wonderful friends to their home with a merry ho ho ho.

Emma, Beth and Lyn live in their beautiful home which was previously named in memory of their dear friend Fred Franks. Fred loved Christmas, and a party and his friend were so excited to be having a party where they are sure he was dancing along and having a laugh with them.

All the trimmings were in place, the Christmas tree and decorations beautifully presented, the tables set, the music playing and the BBQ ready to be fired up.  There were lots of smiles and laughter which rang out throughout the day.  We saw friends shaking hands, big hugs from some, kind words in celebration of the Christmas spirit and a camaraderie which made the day oh so special.

Some of their friends brought along  some scrumptious goodies to add to the Christmas feast which were enjoyed by all.   Lyn gave a lovely speech thanking all of their friends on behalf of herself, Emma and Beth for sharing this day with them.

The Kris Kringle was the last exchange of friendship; and through the gift of giving the Fred Franks House first BBQ celebration came to an end.  Emma, Beth and Lyn wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
